Who we're looking for
We hire CNAs, HCAs, and experienced companions with these qualities:
- California HCA registration or active CNA license (we'll help guide you if you're working toward it)
- Current CPR/First Aid, TB test, and clean LiveScan background
- Reliable transportation to client homes in Folsom and surrounding cities
- Genuine warmth for seniors — this can't be trained
- Communication skills with families and our office team
